High energy and forward-thinking, Marguerite Walz specializes in connecting leaders, professionals, and businesses to their purpose. Marguerite's innate ability to quickly build trusted relationships along with her business experience to discern what really matters enable her to provide tailored solutions that are practical, meaningful, and engaging to each client she serves.

Marguerite has worked in regional and global businesses and across multiple industries leading large, global HR teams with GE, Akzo Nobel (formerly ICI Paints), and Swagelok. For approximately fifteen years, she was an ambassador for Ronald McDonald Charities of Northeast Ohio serving as a board advisor, executive board director, and mentor.

She is a certified coach through the Coaching Training Alliance and holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, University at Albany (SUNY) and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University at Albany (SUNY).

In 2016, Marguerite launched CoreConnections Partners, LLC, a human resources consulting and coaching firm built on the premise that the closer we connect to our core values, our purpose, and the greater good, the more we will thrive. CoreConnections provides a suite of services which include public and private board and executive readiness, career and leadership coaching for individuals and businesses, and human resources advising.
Having advised hundreds of leaders and teams across the globe - from board directors and C-suite leaders to emerging talent - in every aspect of people leadership, CoreConnection's passion to connect leaders, teams, and businesses to a greater, shared purpose has been fundamental to our success. Diverse, yet comprehensive and deep understanding into what makes organizations and leaders successful enables CoreConnections to create an experience that engages each client to be introspective about their unique story, expertise, contributions, and aspirations.
