Throughout her career, Marguerite has advised hundreds of leaders and teams across the globe - from board directors and c-suite leaders to emerging talent - in every aspect of people leadership. Her passion to connect leaders, teams and businesses to a greater, shared purpose has been fundamental to her success. Marguerite has worked in regional and global businesses and across multiple industries leading large, global HR teams with GE, Akzo Nobel (formerly ICI Paints) and Swagelok. Since 2009, she has been a board advisor, executive board director, mentor and ambassador for Ronald McDonald Charities of Northeast Ohio.
In 2016, Marguerite launched CoreConnections Partners, LLC, a human resources consulting and coaching firm built on the premise that the closer we connect to our core values, our purpose and the greater good, the more we will thrive. CoreConnections provides a suite of services which include board-readiness planning to executives interested in serving on public or private boards, career and leadership coaching for individuals and businesses and fractional human resources.
Marguerite’s diverse, yet comprehensive and deep understanding into what makes organizations and leaders successful enables her to create an experience that engages each client to be introspective about their unique life story, expertise, contributions and aspirations.
She is a certified coach through the Coaching Training Alliance (CTA) and holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, University at Albany (SUNY) and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University at Albany (SUNY).
